According to our historians, JPYO is now 47 years old. We started in 1976 as the "JPYO Shamrocks" with Lacrosse. In 1977 we became a multi-sport organization by adding Soccer, Baseball, and Basketball. With that change, we dropped the "Shamrocks" name but retained the green colors in the early years.
